I should be more thankful.
Sometimes I feel like I rarely dealing with troubles. That I’m only dealing with something that I like. that I always running away from problems that I don’t like. I rarely ranting because, well… I don’t really have anything to be ranted about. Hell, I think I could never be a good adult and be matured soon when I couldn’t deal with real life troubles and taking everything easy.
But I’m still alive and kicking, and living a perfect life. Even when I’m running away, somehow, it would work just fine in the end, whether it’s because of miracle or something.
And I should be thankful for that.
I’ve been a good person until now (even though I’m not really a religious one). I’m living my life hoping to be a help for someone, hoping to make a differences everyday, even though it’s only a small one. Hoping that differences and progress would help me achieved my foolish big dreams, little by little.
I live my life keep believing that. I don’t want myself to think that “today will be just another same day like yesterday”, even though in the end it would probably end up that way. Huh, actually I’m surprised that unconsciously I’m being an optimist.
I maybe not a special, most popular or important person ever. I don’t have an outstanding look, intelligent, or special skills. But I wake up every morning and looking at myself in the mirror, and thought: “Wow, you’re still here? thank God— that means you still worth up to something big, girl. Now go get yourself ready, who knows what could happen today.”
Yeah, who knows what might happen in the future, because miracles won’t last for long, right? Probably I’ll just be another bad, lame adult whose life is ruined/messed up and nobody cares about while regretting my stupid young self, or I might live to see my dreams comes true. Either way, I must thank God for the present time, that I’m still alive and living a perfect life.
